Order Cancellation:

Before Shipping: You have the right to cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. We will process your cancellation promptly and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

  • After Shipping: Once your order has been shipped, unfortunately, we are unable to cancel it. However, you can always return the items upon delivery for a full refund (see our Returns section below).
  • Refunds:

    • Eligibility: We over a full refund for all items returned in their original condition within 3-5 business days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as it was received, with all tags attached.
  • Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for paying for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the package for the full value of the item(s).
  • Refund Processing: Once we receive your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

  • Returns:

  • Packaging: Pack the item(s) securely in their original packaging, along with all tags and accessories. If the original packaging is unavailable, use a sturdy box and ensure the item(s) are well-protected during shipping.
  • Shipping: Ship the package to [your return address].
  • Damaged or Defective Items:

    Reporting: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info.karo1199@gmail.com  or +8360607959. Please include photos of the damaged item(s) in your email.

  • Replacement or Refund: We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and issue a full refund or replacement upon receipt of the returned item.
  • Exceptions:

  • Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or with a discount code are not eligible for a refund. However, they are still eligible for an exchange or store credit.
  • Personalized or Custom Items: We do not accept returns on personalized or custom-made items.
